Farmers Quota Plots in Noida Extension are allotted to the farmers in lieu of the acquisition of their land by Greater Noida Authority. The farmers are given compensation as well as 6% developed plots of the total land acquired by the Greater Noida Authority of the respective famers. These are similar to 5% Kisan quota plots in Noida and 7% plots in Yamuna Expressway.

6% Kisan Quota Plots are directly allotted by the Greater Noida Authority to the farmers and free from any future hazels. These plots are in well developed sectors with proper planning and all facilities like well developed wide roads, proper sewage system, electricity, water supply, parks and more. These plots have edge over other residential plots as 50% of these plots can be used for commercial purpose. These plots are directly allotted to farmers so legal and safe as compared to free hold plots where legality is always a question mark.

Kisan Quota Plots are available in various sectors across Greater Noida West mainly near sector 10, Sector 12, Sector 20, Knowledge Park V and many more. The sizes start from 60m onwards to 2500 m. The validity can be easily checked from the Authority and the entire legal process is done within the authority with the help of an advocate so safe as compared to free hold plots where future is not certain.
